About
Licensed Clinical Psychologist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals seeking healing and growth. Dr. Tamburro has been working with children and families since 1996. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology and master's degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Southern California, and her doctorate degree in psychology from Pepperdine University.
I believe that every person carries within them the capacity for healing and growth. My role as a psychologist is to walk alongside you — offering a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world, understand your patterns, and build the life you want.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic principles, and mindfulness-based practices to create a treatment plan that truly fits your needs.
I work with children, adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, grief, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper self-understanding, I'm here to help.
